The core consists of over 35 muscles around your shoulder, spine and pelvic areas. These muscles stabilise your trunk allowing your mobilising muscles (your limbs) to work much more effectively.

Our clients conditions range through back injuries; respiratory challenges; osteoporosis; postural complaints; post-natal; hip replacements and chronic back pain.
Hooping - having fun with adult-size hula hoops challenges and works your core muscles whilst having fun and burning loads of calories. You can burn up to 100 calories in 10 minutes. Everyone can do it, even if you've never hula'd before.
