HYPNO-BAND®

Hypno-Band is a registered trade mark for a revolutionary weight loss system.

It is designed for those with a Body Mass Index over 30.  Imagine having the results

usually achieved by having a surgical gastric band fitted but not having to go through

surgery or spending thousands of pounds.  Having a virtual gastric band fitted could

change your life forever.

Coaching - challenges you to think about things and find the answers

you know you already have inside yourself.  Sometimes we just get stuck

- or we are afraid of change; coaching gives you the safety to play out

potential scenarios until you reach the solution which is right for you.

You can also learn to coach your boss; your partner; your children;

your colleagues.  Coaching can be used for careers; social/relationships;

sports and performance.

NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) - is a type of coaching which helps
you consider how you feel things/or see the world. With NLP you can
re-programme your thoughts, or experiences and move forward and start
to embrace your challenges as opportunities.  You can also learn to re-frame
past experiences to bring a different, more positive approach to future
actions and behaviours.

 Clinical Hypnosis
(I qualified with the British Medical Hypnotherapy Examination Board)
This is not stage hypnosis - be assured that no-one can be hypnotised unless
they wish it.  Every day we find ourselves in light-trance states such as when
we are day-dreaming; clinical hypnosis just takes it to deeper levels so that
your sub-conscious can help you.

With Clinical Hypnosis you learn self-hypnosis once the under-lying
situations are discovered and potentially effective solutions found.  it can be
used to help you with confidence; pain management; phobias; presentations;
self-esteem and a range of other challenges.

CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) -  is used to assist you to adapt the way
you understand and respond to people and events.  It helps you look at the
solutions you have used in the past to manage your behaviours and stresses.
Through guided self-work and exercises you learn different options as to how
you can react more positively to previously stressful situations.
