Pilates, Fitness & Nutrition As you get older it is so important to be as healthy and fit as you can be. You have to think about it as your new job. JK
Pilates really is a mind/body exercise and I am getting less back-ache when I keep my core muscles strong. DB
After a prolonged period of ill-health I am back on track in my professional and personal life. JS
At last, I have found a way of eating and living that keeps me healthy and fit. I've lost over 2 stones and kept it off for over a year now. EL

Thank you so much, now after 50 years I have overcome my dental phobia and can go off abroad to my family's reunion.
I have been coached to great effect by Jann Heigh. She has tremendous skill in getting to the heart of limiting beliefs in order to encourage her clients to achieve their potential. Specifically, I found myself in tremendous situations but was hanging back from making the most of them. Jann helped me to take advantage of situations but not of people. Things have definitely improved with ... (PTSD sufferer), he is laughing again which is just lovely, as he was always the one that was the life and soul of a party and had everyone in stitches. And Jann, I still put my 'levers' up, I can visualise them so clearly and I have added more!!! I have one for my spirit; and a successful public address one and a success on the platform one(to boost my photo). You should see how far I can put them up!! Before I began with coaching I felt that I was running fast just to stand still, bending over backwards to please everyone except myself. Often things I really wanted to do were left to be picked up 'another day', the one which rarely happened. Coaching helped me prioritise and say no; fit in things I enjoyed like reading, taking time-out, listening to music and spending more quality time with my partner. It also helped me focus on how my behaviour was sometimes achieving the complete opposite to what I wanted out of life. I wanted to work less hours but yet kept saying yes to more and more work! TF |
